Delete your LuckyStrike account & data

Effective iPhone · AndroidStuck at Home LLC

In the LuckyStrike Android app

  1. Settings
  2. Account
  3. Manage Account
  4. Delete Account

You can delete your LuckyStrike account, and everything stored with it, whenever you like. Do it yourself in the Android app in a few taps, or email us from any device and we'll do it for you. Here's exactly what goes, and the little that stays.

Option 1: Delete it in the app (Android)

  1. Open LuckyStrike and go to Settings → Account → Manage Account.
  2. Tap Delete Account and confirm. If you signed in with an email address, you'll be asked for your password first. That's Firebase making sure it's really you.
  3. That's it. Deletion happens right away.

This can't be undone. If you'd like a copy of your games first, use Settings → Export Data before you delete.

What gets deleted

Everything stored with your account on our servers (Google Firebase):

  • Games: pins frame by frame, scores, dates, notes, lane and mood
  • Leagues and tournaments
  • Equipment: balls, alleys and oil patterns
  • Spare-drill attempts
  • Your profile record: your email (if you added one) and sign-up date
  • Your login: the anonymous account or email-and-password sign-in

Option 2: Ask us by email

Using LuckyStrike on iPhone, no longer have the app installed, or just prefer that we handle it? Email contact@stuckathomellc.com with the subject "Delete my LuckyStrike data" and include one of these:

  • the email address on your LuckyStrike account, or
  • your User ID, shown on the app's Manage Account screen (on Android: Settings → Account → Manage Account).

We'll delete the same data listed above within 30 days and confirm by email. If we need to check that the account is yours, we'll ask you to reply from the account's email address or send the User ID. Nothing more invasive than that.

What isn't deleted

  • Your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel LuckyStrike Premium. Cancel it in the store you bought it from:
    • Google Play: Play Store app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LuckyStrike → Cancel
    • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → LuckyStrike → Cancel Subscription
  • Purchase records. Apple, Google and RevenueCat (the service that tracks subscriptions for us) keep their own records of purchases for billing, tax and restore purposes. These are tied to an app user ID, not your bowling data.
  • Analytics and crash reports. Usage events (Google Analytics for Firebase) and iPhone crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) are tied to a random app-instance ID rather than your account. They expire automatically on Google's retention schedule.
  • Things on your phone. Your bowler profile (name, hand, averages), settings and saved AI Coach summaries live on your device. Uninstall the app to remove them.
  • Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep that conversation for support records unless you ask us to delete it too.
